Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 8 hours rolling period per day. Usually as early as 8a.m – 4pm. Monday – Saturday. Orders are not shipped or delivered the same day if placed after 4pm.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few hours. Please allow additional hour for delivery if there is high traffic on the road. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
eCroft Fresh, ecroftfresh.com is not liable for any products damaged after handing over to the client. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately through [email protected] as per our refund policy.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the greater Nairobi and its environs.
