Return and Shipping Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at ecroftfresh.com operated by eCroft Fresh.
Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that expire or go bad after 1 week from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.
For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. Contact our customer services department to get a free shipping label or assistance on the return procedure.
If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order(if applicable).
All orders are shipped within a 6 hour cycle, same day; Monday – Saturday 8am – 6pm
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

If a tracking # is provided by eCroft Fresh or shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
